Our one to one personal training sessions are customised for you. We offer a FREE consultation to sit down and establish your fitness goals, that way we can design a fitness programme that meets your needs.
If you don't fancy training on your own and you enjoy training with a friend or partner then let's book a group session and have your own group training for the cost of one-to-one!!
We are happy to work with any age, gender, disability or injury and am specially trained in kettle bells as well as pre natal and post natal exercise and Pilates.

If you prefer to train away from home and don't like committing to 12 month gym memberships, no problem, you can train in our own private PT studio.
Our studio has everything you need to achieve your goals. Anything from weight loss, muscle gain, Pilates or if it's something as simple as being able to climb a rope!
Our studio is completely private and can accommodate one-to-one sessions or groups, so if you prefer to train alongside someone then it's not a problem!

If you struggle to get out and train due to crazy working patterns or you have children in bed, then don't worry we can come to you.

No matter how big or small your home is, we will work around your needs and space to ensure you still get a great workout.
If you struggle to get to a gym as you are back to back with meetings or are looking after the kids, but are still looking to get a workout in, we now offer virtual PT.
This can be done from the comfort of your own home or garden, where we will link up on Zoom and you will get a full session in without even leaving the house.

There are many benefits of exercising during pregnancy including:

Not only will you receive bespoke training, which ensures that you're not doing anything you shouldn't be after having a baby, but your baby can be right there with you so there is no need to find a baby sitter!
