Mum and Baby Fitness
As voted for by my Mum's, the netmums "favourite classes for you" in Bolton and Wigan 2014, will help get you back into shape after having your baby without the worry of finding a babysitter!
As I specialise in pre and post natal exercise I will help you enjoy aerobic exercise to get your heart pumping whilst bonding with your baby and having fun. All fitness levels are welcome.
Please be aware you must be 6 week post natural birth or 12 weeks post c-section to be able to take part in our classes.
