Hi, I'm Chris, I have over seven years experience within the fitness industry and have been a personal trainer in Bolton for more than five years. 

I specialise in pre and post natal exercise, kettlebell instruction and sports massage.

I have completed a number of fitness events including Ironman UK a number of running events including a 50 mile Ultra Marathon, muddy obstacles courses and CrossFit competitions. 

My passion is CrossFit and functional training, which is a combination of strength work, metabolic conditioning and aerobic exercise.

 

My aim is to make your day that little bit easier as well as making exercise fun and helping you feel that little bit better after your workout. 

Hi, I'm Sara and am a qualified nutrition coach and specialist Pilates instructor.

Previously I worked in the finance industry but have decided to follow my passion for health and fitness and join Chris in his successful gym.

I have also completed a number of fitness events including Ironman Bolton, CrossFit competitions, muddy obstacle courses and various running distance events. I am now preparing for my first 50 mile ultra marathon in April 2020.

I am passionate about healthy eating and want to help people understand food, eat better and therefore live and feel better through good nutrition. I also want to help people become functionally fitter through exercise. Pilates concentrates on strengthening your core which will in turn help your day to day life and other forms of exercise. 

Hi, I'm Lyla, I am seven and I am as mad as my mum and dad when it comes to exercise. 

I am busy most nights during the week with various activities; my favourite is my mum and dads kids bootcamp. I also do football, Thai boxing, gymnastics and tennis.

I have done Ironkids five times and the Bolton 5km Bubble Rush four times.
